Outcomes UK provides Internal Management Review (IMR)/Serious Case Review training for staff with the responsibility of drafting and/or working with Internal Management or Serious Case Reviews.
This is a one-day course, which provides the awareness for delegates about the purpose of a Serious Case Review, and the relevant Terms of Reference. The training also includes:
- The process of an Internal Management Review
- Information on the content of the IMR
- The process of gathering information
- How to write the report
- Analysis of involved agencies
- What is learnt from the case
- How to prepare IMR recommendations for action
- How to disseminate learning from IMR and SCR
