Stringent associate selection procedures ensure the recruitment of expert practitioners who have a minimum of five years post qualifying experience. Our associate independent social work assessors are regularly checked to enhanced CRB level, protected by professional indemnity and public liability insurance and registered with GSCC.
Skilled administrative staff provide an accessible contact point, process all referrals and closely monitor and track timescales and costs. The service is managed by a qualified Social Work Manager who has extensive experience in undertaking assessments, previously having worked for Cafcass, Local Authorities and IFA’s across the country.
