Recruitment Process
Outcomes UK will proactively take every measure to match our Associates’ aspirations and expectations.
To achieve this, we work according to the following process:
1. Submit your CV online – our dedicated recruitment team will develop an understanding of you and your needs. (Please note: Outcomes UK Associates must carry a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Children’s Services or Adult Health and Social Care sectors).
2. An Outcomes UK Recruitment Consultant will contact you for a brief discussion and to arrange an appointment with you, at your convenience.
3. At this initial meeting, our Recruitment Consultant will go through a range of standard questions to learn a bit more about you, finding out some important specifics such as career ambitions and salary expectations. You will also be guided through an application form with a tick list to ensure that you have the appropriate identification and registration documents – please ensure that you bring all appropriate documentation with you.
4. This information will be taken back to our offices where we will begin compiling your folder and commencing the necessary checks to ensure that we have all of the information required. This information is collated in order for us to meet the high safeguarding standards we adhere to.
The documentation you will need to present is as follows:
- A copy of your CV
- A CRB
(You will be able to use your own CRB to start work with us but a new one will be initiated and renewed annually. This will be paid and renewed annually by Outcomes UK.)
- Your professional registration/qualification and evidence of this on an annual basis
- Proof of liability insurance
- Proof of eligibility to work (visa)
- Proof of ID (passport)
- Qualifications certificates
- Driving license and car insurance for business use
(Associates will not be able to work in an Outcomes UK placement until all of the documentation outlined above is received and signed off by a senior member of the Outcomes UK team.)
5. As an Associate, each time you are placed in a position your file will be thoroughly checked to ensure that everything is up-to-date. Our internal IT system will alert us as to when documentation is up for renewal.
Begin the process today by submitting your CV.
