At Outcomes UK, we have extended our tailored permanent recruitment services to include 3 packages which vary from a basic, no frills service where there is a need to place someone quickly, a fully managed service tailored to your individual needs or the payment by results option for those with limited resources as described below:

Package 1

If you need to appoint someone quickly, our Rapid Response Recruitment Service will ensure that you have the right person quickly in post.

Package 2

If your internal resources are stretched, our fully Managed Recruitment Service can undertake the full process including:

• Resource Partner - Partnering with you as resource partner to help you wins bids
• Employer Branding – helping to sell your organisation as an employer of choice
• Attraction campaign – using events, press, internet and other innovative recruitment solutions to attract a wide range of applicants.
• Management of selection process – using your specifications, we will undertake all longlisting, shortlisting and, if required, interview processes.
• Interview/Assessment day co-ordination – we understand that you are likely to want your managers involved in the selection process. We can co-ordinate and administer all interview events.
• Administrative support can be discussed to support the vetting process of permanent staff.
• Induction – design and delivery of induction in conjunction with yourselves.

Package 3

If you are concerned about spending money without guarantees, our Payment by Results Service will ensure that you only pay us when the right person starts work with you.

Outcomes UK understands that each client is individual has specific needs. That’s why our consultant will meet with you to get to know the culture of your organisation – so that the ‘correct fit’ of a person is appointed. We offer guarantee periods so that if the selected candidate does not work out, you will be reimbursed of any fees.
