As Fostering Manager, you will be responsible for strategic leadership and the delivery of fostering services to your local area. The Fostering Manager ensures that the quality of service provision is up to company standards, and that regular review reports are provided to senior management at the required intervals. The role of Fostering Manager is very similar to the average managerial position, requiring the supervision of more junior positions to ensure service provision to your local area. However, for the more specific role of Fostering Manager, you will also be required to adhere closely to the rules and restrictions as laid out in the Fostering Services Regulation of 2002 as well as the National Minimum Standards for Fostering.
