Here's a reminder of a few credentials that we require all candidates to fulfil:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Education and Children's Services or Adult Health and Social Care sectors.
• Available to work in the UK.
• Able to provide documentation to confirm your qualifications.

What happens next? 

1. An Outcomes UK Recruitment Consultant will contact you for a brief discussion and to arrange an appointment with you, at your convenience.
2. At this initial meeting, our Recruitment Consultant will go through a range of standard questions to learn a bit more about you, finding out some important specifics such as career ambitions and salary expectations.
3. This information will be taken back to our offices where we will begin compiling your folder and starting all necessary checks to ensure that we have all of the information required.
4. The documentation you will need to present is as follows:

• A copy of your CV
• A CRB – you will be able to use your own CRB to start work with us but a new one will be initiated and renewed annually. This will then be paid and renewed annually by Outcomes UK
• Professional Registration/Qualifications
• Proof of liability insurance
• Proof of eligibility to work (visa)
• Proof of ID (passport)
• Qualifications certificates
• Driving license and car insurance for business use
