We are currently working with a number of Local Authorities in the North West area and are looking for Independent Assessors to complete Form F assessments for prospective Foster Carers, Kinship Carers and Adoptive Parents.

You must have a Social Work qualification and have 3 years minimum experience in completing Form F Assessments.

We offer a competitive fixed fee per assessment.

Although our current urgent requirement is in the North West area, Outcomes UK continually have a requirement for Assessors throughout the UK.
