Approach About Outcomes UK
Our Approach
At Outcomes UK, we don’t prescribe ready-made formulas. We believe in working in partnership with our clients and with other peer organisations to provide integrated and bespoke solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
We build upon the approaches we have used in other Social Care practice assignments, where we have a proven track record of improvement, and tailor our service to each client’s circumstances and requirements. Our strong evidence base in projects of a similar nature supports our claims of delivering lasting improvement for our customers.
- We are committed to improving outcomes and provide clear vision and focus on outcomes.
- We promote and support strong leadership that sets direction and formulates and articulates solutions to existing problems.
- We work to the principle of a ‘golden thread’ from Cabinet to frontline delivery, ensuring consistency of messages and modelling how to ensure effective outcomes.
We’re committed to long lasting support
It is important to us that the support and guidance we give our clients is not just effective in the short-term but remains successful in the long-term. Holistic and sustainable improvement to services and performance is a key value that underpins all our services. We build upon sustainability from the start of an assignment, planning a successful transition and the development of client staff during the assignment, building capacity and capability.
We work closely with our clients – sharing skills, knowledge, expertise and perspectives to ensure a complete understanding of the situation. We promote continuous service development and delivery improvements and work to ensure transfer of skills and knowledge to the client.
We keep our standards high
We undertake CRB checks and references for all our staff, not just those for whom it is a legal requirement.
This extra step is important for the peace of mind of our clients – you can rest assured that every person working for Outcomes UK, whether or not they come into direct contact with children, young people or vulnerable adults, or work with confidential information, have been through the same strict vetting procedures and conform to our high standards.
Our Quality Assurance Approach
We have an in-house Quality Assurance Division which oversees all contracts once they are mobilised. We track and monitor our own performance to ensure we are delivering for our clients and providing challenge and support to our Associates.
Through our experience and suite of tools, we are able to share learning of ‘what works’ to further improve our services and deliver to requirement.
Our winning formula
The combination of our people and our philosophy enables us to offer fresh ideas, a flexible and responsive approach, and value for money to our clients.
Our Values and Core Principles
The following outlines the values and core principles that our Associates bring, which are some of the key success measures we hold ourselves accountable for:
- A passion for making a difference to children and young people’s lives through an integrated approach.
- Flexible working dependent on the needs of authorities.
- Defining and setting high service standards.
- Maximising existing resources and what has worked regionally.
- Leaving a legacy of ways of working, tools, systems and processes that are fit for purpose and sustainable regionally.
