Meet the team

The Outcomes UK team is well placed to deliver on a wide range of projects.

• We carry a proven track record in successfully delivering improvement projects that vary in size and nature, often in challenging operational and political environments.
• We offer the capacity and capability required to deliver the project within the agreed timescales, in the manner required, and with the right skill mix.
• Our in-depth QA and Consultancy capability mean we are able to provide effective and robust support and challenging internally to our team that mobilises learning from other assignments and good practice through C4EO.
• We are adept at meeting client expectations, ensuring we are ‘politically aware’ and provide appropriate support and challenge to meet our shared desired outcomes.

When proposing a project team per assignment, we ensure that the balance of the team is correct to provide:

• Clear leadership.
• Consultants who are credible change agents with Members, Senior Officers, staff and other stakeholders and have the political awareness to operate effectively in challenging environments.
• Consultants who have worked on improvement contracts, including experience from the client side of an intervention project.
• Consultants with the right knowledge, skills and experience mix, including current operational management experience through interim roles and the use of OBA and Report Cards.
• A closely-knit unit to ensure regular linkage across the different work streams and with the change management role, and who can provide cover across the project in the event of the unplanned absence of a consultant.
