Measuring performance

Outcomes UK believes that in order to improve outcomes for Children’s Services, Health and Social Care, it is essential that the support services you rely on are focused on sustainable improvement and change and have the experience to deliver.

We therefore place high emphasis on measuring our performance in line with project objectives, determined at the outset, which ultimately signifies to which extent we have made a difference in your organisation.

  3. How satisfied are you with the service you have received?
  4. Have we made a difference (is anyone better off)?
  5. Have we provided value for money?
  6. Other comments or examples of where we have made a difference (is anyone better off)?  Have children, young people or families directly benefited? 

We further seek any additional suggestions or comments for improving service quality and performance.
