Quality Policy
Outcomes UK have a dedicated Quality Assurance Division.
Our Safeguarding Manager is Janice Struthers. Janice is an experienced, qualified Social Work Manager who ensures the appropriate match of associates to client needs, liaises with clients to ensure induction of associates within the Authority, provides an independent, periodic review of the quality of the associates practice and performance, and conducts regular reviews with the client to ensure client needs are met.
Throughout the process and on any interim or project assignments, our Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Resourcing Consultant are available to ensure that all required standards in terms of professionalism, quality, and timescales are maintained.
