Outcomes UK is part of the Core Assets Group Ltd; a global organisation providing an international portfolio of social care services, with extensive experience in providing a consultancy, workforce development, and training for organisations, and fostering placements for children in need of care and protection.
The Core Assets Group, formerly known as the FCA Group of Companies, is founder owned, headed by Jim Cockburn (Executive Chairman) and Jan Rees (Non-Executive Director) and managed by a Board of Directors, consisting of five executive directors and two non-executive directors.
The Core Assets Group ensures sound governance and delivers high professional standards in all its entities.
The Core Assets Group has an operating structure that reflects its culture, with a short and simple chain between strategy and service delivery, the systems, and internal controls throughout the organisation, ensuring that we comply with statutory, regulatory and internal policies and procedures in whichever jurisdiction operated in.
