From our central offices, we co-ordinate the allocation and quality assurance of assessments and training to our network of qualified and fully vetted Social Workers across the country. With dedicated administration support, we track and monitor progress of assessments from allocation through to panel.
Our Consultancy service is an established Department for Education Children’s Services Intervention framework and Department of Health framework provider with a proven track record of achieving measurable change and adding value to children’s services across the broader Every Child Matters agenda, and increasingly the whole of health and social care. We have delivered service and performance improvements in projects for Local Authorities, Health Trusts and the Department for Education, including a very successful large scale intervention in a Local Authority in the Yorkshire & Humberside area through our ChildrenFirst partnership.
