Initial Meeting

When we first meet we take a full brief of your needs or help you to formulate a solution if you are unsure how to practically resolve a situation. You are welcome to use our insight and experiences to its maximum potential here. This can be from the placement of an interim or permanent manager or staff member through to a full project, depending on what is needed.

Resource or Project Proposal

Following our meeting we will ensure we reflect our understanding of your needs. This will be in the form of a proposal and methodology or CVs of our experienced associates proposed to do the work. We will here, outline any quality and delivery assurance mechanisms that need to be established.

Agreeing Full Scope of Assignment

If our proposals and proposed associates suit your needs, we will scope the detail of the assignment in partnership with you. This will include length of contract, setting deliverables so that all parties have a mutual understanding of what your aims and desired outcomes are.

Mobilisation

If you, our client require our added value QA oversight, our resourcing team link with our QA and delivery assurance team to ensure that all necessary tools for the assignment are in place. Our associate(s) and you as the client are involved in this. Agreed review points, reporting mechanisms QA framework are established as this point where necessary.

Post Contract Evaluation

 We want to make a difference at OUK. To this end we will contact you after the contract to see whether our work made a difference and has been sustained.

Contract Completion

 At OUK a contract is never considered complete until we are satisfied that our client is happy with the outcome. We will have meetings towards the end of the contract to review delivery and any necessary handovers or to ensure sustainability

Performance Review

Throughout the contract our resourcing team and QA team will link with you as you see necessary and agreed intervals. We will ensure our associate is offered extra support and challenge on their professional practice if required. We will meet regularly to review progress and delivery and ensure we are on track.
